7-day returns
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in the original gift box with certificates. Contact support for a return authorisation.
Exclusions
Custom pieces involving chain selection, engraving or inlay changes are final sale. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is opened.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is inspected.
